Hello everyone,

I’m new to this platform and this is my first post. I’m after some friendly opinions on what I’m going through at the moment.

So my partner and I have decided we want to try for a baby. We don’t have any children and I have never been pregnant before so I have no idea what to look out for and so on. My ovulation day was the 27th so we had intercourse and since then I have had weird sensations going on in what seems to be my womb. The first day I didn’t really feel much, but the days that have followed I have had almost like a pulling/stretching feeling in my lower abdomen area, and I have loads of white, thick discharge (not thrush - I’m 100% sure of that), and now and again I feel sicky but it only lasts a few seconds and then goes.
I know I probably sound crazy as it’s only been a few days since we had intercourse, but could this be early pregnancy signs? My period isn’t due for another 10 days. I keep going from “I must be pregnant” to “no I can’t be... I don’t have sore boobs” etc.

Any opinions welcome, I might sound naive, and it’s probably because I am... new to all this. Thanks everyone x

I'm pregnant with my 4th and I had no symptoms until 6 weeks.. so just because your boobs don't hurt it dont mean your pregnant because my boobs haven't hurt or grown with any of my pregnancies.. just wait a few more days then do a first response test. Good luck xx

Sorry@Kahug - the cruel reality of nature is that the hormones coming up to AF can create the exact same feelings as early pregnancy might have.

Also, if you are pregnant enough for pregnancy hormones to be causing sensations, you're pregnant enough to test positive - it wouldn't be possible that early.

As @LayingLow said, try a pink dye FRER at 9/10 DPO or later. Please don't use a blue dye supermarket test - so many evap lines on those recently on these boards!

Second that. Too early for those symptoms you don’t get any hcg released until implantation 6-12 days po. Preg symptoms very similar to pms. Wait until 10 dpo then test. Wait until missed period I always try. Have been pg many times so don’t read too much on google. Relax and gl xxx

@kahug I was the exact same when we first started trying, it's very unlikely you would feel any symptoms so soon, I am about 5-7 weeks and only started feeling symptoms this week.

It's important though hard to remember that it is unlikely you will succeed on your first try, for most couples it takes 6 months to a year so try not to worry or be disappointed, easier said than done I know! X

Ladies, I need your help.

I have been TTC and I decided to start testing ovulation early this month in case I missed it last month (i only started to test when "flo" app said it was my fertile window last month) . Strangest thing happened, finished my period on Saturday and tested from Monday

Monday I got a solid circle on Clearblue ovulation meaning I wasn't in my fertile window
Tuesday, Wednesday and today i got a flashing smiley face meaning I'm in my fertile window a week early??! I'm scared to take a pregnancy test in case I get a BFN result again. Has anyone experienced this?

Congratulations on your pregnancies, how exciting 😊
