I’m new to the group. I came off the mini pill on 24th August and currently not had a period yet. 6 months ago I came off the depo Provera. I started temping from 27th August but at that time didn’t have the correct thermometer. I got a BBT and started tracking properly from 13th September.
Am I right in saying from my graph I am in the FP and am awaiting ovulation? Because of not having a period I’m finding it hard to really know what’s happening other then since coming off contraception I have had sensitive boobs and do get some cramping so hoping my hormones are settling now and I will eventually get AF
Any advice is appreciated
