Hello! 👋

I ovulated on 17th / 18th September, making me 9DPO today!

Ever since the day after ovulation, my boobs have been very tender, occasionally painful and full feeling.

This evening, my nipples are hot to the touch, very big / hard (cringe sorry) 😅 and both my boobs have dark blue veins running quite prominently to the areola and nipple.

Is it normal for me to STILL be experiencing what I suppose is post-ovulation 'symptoms' ?!

I'm also experiencing some mild lower abdomen cramping this evening but especially noticing my heavy, full and hot feeling boobs!

Help!! 🤣🤣

Ever since I went off the pill my nipples start hurting after ovulation & then all the way up till the day AF starts, to the point where showering is uncomfortable. First cycle it happened I thought 'omg pregnancy symptom' but I have since realised that's just my particular body/hormones.

Bit of an update - I've got a very heavy feeling lower abdomen this morning, and feel ever so slightly nauseous.. but really not much at all. Stomach cramping and heaviness is new though! 😅🤞🏼
