SA: Progressive Motility only 25% - any experiences please?

Been TTC almost a year now. Drs have half looked into me before and there's nothing obvious. However neither am I sure there's no problem. So I'm pushing that. I'm over 35.

OH has had his SA test back today. Everything OK apart from progressive motility was 25% and should be 32% or above. The letter says 'borderline motility'.

My question is- has anyone else managed to conceive with lower than average motility? And other than the obvious things they say drink, smoking etc, has anything helped?
