Does anyone monitor cervical changes? 21st and 22nd my cervix was very high and soft with wet CM. Today it has dropped and hardened with EWCM. According to the apps my ovulation was either yesterday or today. I think it was yesterday due to cervical position and lots of spots and headaches appearing over the last two days. This is only my second cycle so still getting used to my body, but I'm so intrigued by it all already!
