Hello,

Looking for some advice/similar experience....

Im 36 with two DC (3.5 and 18mnths)

Prior to having my children i had very little noticeable CM at ovulation time.

However the past 4 months iv noticed around ovulation time my CM has been pouring out (sorry Blush) Its only for a couple of days but im just wondering if this means anything/has anyone experienced this?

My periods only returned 4 months ago, when i stopped breastfeeding my youngest.

Im hoping to have another child at some point near future so worrying that this change might be something like im heading for early menopause or something?

anyone experienced similar?

Hey, I didn’t want to read and run, it’s my first time posting on forums.

Maybe now that your periods have only just recently returned to normal your starting to ovulate properly again maybe the reason for the increased CM? When the time does that your trying to conceive take an ovulation test around the time you experience this

Good luck
Sorry I couldn’t be much help xxx

I think as your approach menopause it decreases not increases so if anything its a good sign for when you want to conceive agai

Thanks Kimberly and Whilstwewait.

It just such a drastic difference, really strange. Could just be hormones re-balancing or something. Never experienced it between DC1 and DC2 tho

@Whatsthisnow25 I have this 🙈
I'm 29, have one DD who is almost 3. As soon as I came off the pill in May my CM (particular EWCM) went through the roof!
No idea why as it didn't happen with DD1 so I just put it down to coming off this pill so maybe hormonal? Who knows!

I get this when I ovulate, loads of it 🙈

@Whatsthisnow25 it's a sign that you're fertile. Some women find that they're extra fertile when their periods regulate after breastfeeding! Track it if you're planning on having another it's definitely a positive not a negative. X
