Hi - I usually take a Vit B complex supplement...but am also ttc. Would it be more sensible to stop the Vit B complex - could the elevated levels of Vit B harm foetus if I do manage to great pregnant. Hope someone may know more than me ( very likely I think!) thanks

From what I remember from my nursing days, Vit B is water soluble & therefore your body will take what it needs & you pee out the rest!

As you ned the folic acid though can I suggest you switch to an Ante-natal complex.

I tried a brand called "Solgar" as they ere recommended to me by a nutritionist as being purer & less full of bulking agents like chalk than some brands! HTH.
