Ovulation tests and pcos

I have pcos and my ovulation tests are always the same result 2 lines one slightly lighter but still quite dark does it not work with ppl with pcos?

Hey, i didn't want to read and run. i haven't been diagnosed with PCOS but my cycles are super irregular, how often are you doing OPKs and for how long? every day?

I done it very few days around a year ago when I found out I have pcos my cycles were 90-110 days long but now am on letrozole and have been going for weekly acupuncture treatments for 2 months I thought I would test again which resulted in the same 2 lines

ooh okay, how long are your cycles now you're on letrozole?

They gave me provera which makes you ovulate so was 35 days each cycle but since I started with acupuncture it's been 26 days long which is amazing and that's why I thought I was getting better
