Hi ladies

Hoping for a positive story of some insight. Already blessed with a Dd so trying for second baby.

After testing positive on first response,
Clear blue digital and Lloyd's early 4 days before missed period. I'm now roughly 4 weeks 6 days pregnant and I had a very light bleed after intercourse today, took a first response and the line is so light now I'm really worried.
No other bleeding and I have obviously been peeing like crazy but I have a bad feeling about the line being so much lighter now.

Anyone else had this ? Good and bad. Really want it to work out but sadly nothing we can do and even if I got a scan next week would even be able to see anything. Have also had a chemical two months ago x

Hi

It could be a based on the actual test and what time of day your urine sample was from.
It could also be a blip
It could also be a chemical pregnancy
The awful thing is there is no test to tell. You have to wait and see x

GanderousGoose · 19/09/2020 15:14

Am really sorry but it looks like it may be a chemical. I had the same in August. Test again tomorrow AM - fingers crossed and remember that you CAN get pregnant even if this one doesn't work out.

Babydust18 · 19/09/2020 15:30

I’m going through the exact same thing at the moment. Just a waiting game but for me I think it’s a chemical sending hugs xx

trying4number2 · 19/09/2020 16:04

Thank you ladies.
It's so bloody confusing. I do feel
Pregnant still and am
Already getting the first signs of sickness. But obviously tests don't lie so we will have to see.

Really hope you get happy results as well!

Take another test after not drinking for a few hours or in the morning. Unfortunately it could be a chemical pregnancy if the line is lighter than last time you tested, which we just had but I started bleeding like a normal period which is how I found out. When was your period due? Fingers crossed for you it’s not. We are trying for our second now too

Pretty sure I'm 5 days late now I have a shorter 26ish day cycle it seems to vary a bit each month but I got positive tests 4 days before my period was due apparently. Have just done another Lyods and it's looks the same Kind of faint line as it did before so is a bit more reassuring. Guess it's a Waiting game and loads more testing HmmConfused have booked for an early scan next month if we make it that far

I’m a week late but starting like a period nowSad I have my little toddler to keep me occupied so it’s ok. Look after yourself and I hope it stays positive for you Smile x

trying4number2 · 19/09/2020 17:41

@Babydust18
Oh bless you! Hopefully it doesn't progress and stops for you. I have heard how common it is but it's still worrying non the less! I also have a toddler mines nearly 3. Keeps us busy that's for sure haha

Test a few days in a row, if the line isn’t getting darker (or getting lighter) that indicates a problem. It shouldnt stay as a faint line. Hope it is good news for you!

Meme69 · 19/09/2020 19:54

Sorry to say that all 4 of my CPs were exactly like this. Fading lines following slight bleeding after sex. I hope it's better news for you op. X

trying4number2 · 19/09/2020 20:59

I've just started getting tummy cramps and I've bleed bright red now. Gutted x

Really sorry to hear that. Do test the next day or so just to check it’s getting lighter still. If it is a chemical I’m sorry for your loss. My cycle was only slightly delayed this month (following a chemical) so hopefully you can try again soon if you feel like you are ready.

kimberley94 · 20/09/2020 19:01

I’m in a similar situation to yourself! I had a chemical 2 months ago also, sorry to hear it happened to you, test again in a few days with fmu and see how you go?
I tested on a FRER 4 days before AF was due and got a BFP but started spotting/light bleeding yesterday, bought a cheapie test and it’s a negative on there still 2 days till AF still got blood when I wipe? Ranging from bright red to dark red. I just pray everything’s still progressing 😢xx

trying4number2 · 20/09/2020 23:08

@kimberley94 unfortunately my bleeding is quite heavy now I'm gutted period was due a week ago now. Hopefully you've got good news but bright red blood isn't normally good xx fingers crossed
