Ovusense chart help

Hi Ladies,

This is my first month using ovusense and I’m so confused by my chart. As you can’t see there were some really high temps early on but this was because prior to this I had been eating healthily but I fell off the wagon on Saturday, Sunday and Monday which are the first three points on my chart. After this the early temps do drop but even so by comparison my later temps are still not that high.

Anyone out there good at reading these charts? I’m starting to think I haven’t ovulated this month.

What cd were you when you started using it?

Waiting2BAMummy · 19/09/2020 09:38

The night of CD8 @Moominmiss so first temp shows as CD9

With any temp charts it's about the trends rather than individual data points. It looks like you haven't ovulated yet, you might be on a long cycle or you might be having an annovulatory cycle (completely normal, these do happen sometimes!). Unfortunately it'll be a case of waiting it out but I wouldn't start to worry yet!

thanks @PlanBea that’d be Sod’s law - an annovulatory cycle my first month of using it! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
