What counts as cycle day one?

So I know it's 'first day of full flow' but is it first full day of full flow?

I don't spot, just get full flow usually between 5pm and 7pm. So does that count as day one even though its not a whole day?

I would the first day of full flow even if it starts in the evening. 😊 That's what I count as day one
