3dpo one sided pain?

I know it can’t be implantation as way too early. What else would cause one sided pain at 3dpo? It feels like pinching, also had some weird fluttering type feeling. I had an ultrasound a couple months ago (due to ongoing pain during sex) which showed nothing, all looked normal and no cysts.

at 3dpo maybe its your ovulation that's 3 days late and is happening right now. How did you track your ovulation?

@Monday55 I’m sure I’ve already ovulated I use OPKs and track bbt, my temp has been up past couple days and got my opk peak 4 days ago and all negative since then

I also had ovulation cramps 3 days ago which I usually get when I ovulate
