Strong bfp now bfn. Help please

Hi everyone. Have namechanged as don't want anyone in rl knowing about ttc.
I took the top test and the clearblue yesterday morning and a had a strong line on the pink dye and faint line on the cb.
Af due today and clear blue digi said not pregnant so took the other pink dye and was also bfn.
I'm so confused. Could it be a chemical? But if so surely there'd still be a faint line on today's one. Any advice would be appreciated.

I’m sure I saw a thread a few days ago where OP got a fairly strong line on the same pink test, then the next day BFN. Maybe a dodgy batch going round? I’m really sorry, I hope this does turn out to be your BFP 🤞🏼 Xxx

It could still be too early for a digital test. I would get a decent red dye test like FRER to confirm either way.

Thank you for replying. Haven't even got a sniff of a line since my mmc in January. Was on cloud 9 yesterday seeing such a strong pink line. How cruel 😢

If this is a coop test I would say it’s a false positive. I’ve had 2 very convincing lines on them x

Are these the Co op £3 tests?

Did you take the second test with FMU?

I took one with FMU and had a line and one in the afternoon was completely blank

Yes they are co op tests. I've used them in previous pregnancies and never had a problem but after soom googling it does seem likely it's given me a false positive.
The "positive" was taken yesterday with fmu and the clear blue with smu.
The negative was taken about 6pm this evening

@ShalomToYouJackie were you pregnant when that happened?

Yes I was, I'm now 6+4 weeks pregnant and have seen a heartbeat. If you took the second at 6pm then that explains it! Your urine will be much more diluted from drinking water so the test won't be as dark. Same happened to me x

Also CB digi are not very sensitive and often say not pregnant until your HCG levels are much higher.

I would get a FRER if you can (usually on offer on Amazon).
