Help need answers ASAP ovulation induction

On my first cycle of ovulation induction and ti
Took 50iu gonal f and ovitrelle trigger this am cd 16
Unsure best time To dtd..... Dtd last night
I got instructions from sonagrapher and when I went home and read over again she gave me wrong days... 🙄🙄She admitted was wrong and said only do it 36 hours post trigger which is Thurs night and not tonight.... She did not ask about sperm but he does have 4 per cent morph and 20 per cent dna damage..... Really need an answer will it be too late Tommor nite I know I will ov 36hrs post trigger

So yes, you will begin to ovulate 36 hours post trigger but that doesn't mean it will be released into the tubes at precisely 36 hours. Dtd early is ok, but please Dtd post trigger as well.

So like you said Thursday night, and then maybe Saturday morning, plus maybe Sunday night just to be sure. Especially given your DH sperm results.

Usually the NHS recommend every other day during ovulation.

4% Sperm morphology is low but just within the WHO minimum for men who conceive within 12 months. 20% DNA damage is below the 25% limit where men are classified as infertile, so he's ok as well here, but yes not super great.

Took all my might not to dtd we'd night after trigger as per consultants advice 😔
So dtd Thurs night 36hrs post ovulation hoping and praying now
