Implantation bleeding???

I have PCOS but my menstrual cycle is regular. I was expecting my menstruation last September 10, but i only got pinkish and light brown spotting on the 14th day of September with light cramping. it was a on and off light spotting for 3 days now. is it implantation bleeding or not?

If you've passed the day your period was due, can you take a pregnancy test?

But if you say your cycle is irregular the bleeding could be attributed to anything from breakthrough bleeding to ovulation.

Implantation is unlikely to cause light spotting for a few days.

My implatation bleeding occured a few days before my period was due and it consisted of few drops of dark red/brownish blood. Something like this had never happened to me before, so it made me wonder if I was actually pregnant.
