I'm probably being a bit bonkers and symptom spotting however I'm 7dpo and have had heartburn on and off all day. Is this a thing? Has anyone else had this as an early symptom?
I was pg in June but had a very early loss I don't remember having any heartburn then but I know pregnancies can be different.
