Could I be misscarrying? Implantation blood? Period?

Hi MN!

I had sex on all my fertile days (25th August - 5th September)
My Period is due in 3 days. I have had very light pink spotting for the last 4 days with cramps and today I am bleeding heavier, darker. Aching down there, aching legs, tired, headache, severe cramps. I have had to lay down and take it easy as I feel shakey.
Took a test today and came back negative.
Help?

Hi @mell26 Do you know which day you ovulated? If it was the 4th Sept (based on your fertile days) then you would be 10 days post ovulation. Your bleeding could be implantation, but that is usually quite light, so it might be your period. I hope your starting to feel better soon.

I called my doctor who's now sent me for an emergency gyno appointment at the hospital today so hopefully get the answers
