Agnus Castus after MMC

Long story short I had a mmc, medical management and 2 surgical managements. It’s now 9 weeks since my last surgery. I got my bfn 4 days after that surgery. My HCG was in the 60s on day of op.

AF is missing in action, no BFP either. I had a scan the other day and have been told everything looks normal and my lining was 7mm, just a 27mm cyst on left ovary.

I have booked acupuncture and started taking agnus castus to try kick start my period.

Just wondering if anyone has had the same and tried agnus castus to help?

Sorry for your loss. I've been taking Agnus Castus to regulate my cycles. I've only recently found out that the dose I was taking was too low - all the studies are based on 20mg AC, which is 5x the amount of AC you can buy in shops. (Don't be tempted to just take 5 capsules, it makes you feel sick 😂). I've now ordered 20mg Tablets here www.primehealthdirect.com/product/agnus-castus/ and am hoping they'll now bring ovulation forwards even more (very long cycles).
I had a TFMR in February and had to have MVA to remove rpoc in April. I started taking AC straight after this and ovulated 3 weeks later. I've also used temping to confirm ovulation. I hope your body recovers quickly.
