Can someone give me opinions of my BBT Chart?

Hey everyone!
I’m new to charting, diagnosed with pcos and just wondering what everyone thinks, any signs of ovulation? Is it normal? Is it looking promising?

I'm afraid I'm struggling to see a clear pattern in your data. A lot of people rate FertilityFriend as the best app for tracking/viewing BBT data though. Would it be possible for you to port the data over into FertilityFriend and repost the graph? I think it'll be easier to read.

Hmmm I’m not sure I’d agree with the estimated ovulation date, to confirm ovulate you need at least 3 raised temps in a row.

I think you may have ovulated on CD23 and the temps over the next few days should hopefully confirm that x

What’s confusing is my LH surge was before then I’ll attach a picture of that too!
I had egg white mucus on cd 16&17 cervix was high soft and open and now I’ve got creamy cm and my cervix is still high but harder and closed 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s very confusing

It looks to me like you ovulated on CD21 as there's often a dip on ovulation day. LH surges indicate you might be about to ovulate but you can get several surges before you successfully ovulate, which could have been why you had a peak but no temp spike

Thanks, I have been testing throughout the cycle and have had no more surges 🤦🏻‍♀️ It all doesn’t match up with my cm, symptoms and LH tests!
