Weird cycle? Advice needed

Hello, i need some advice cause i think i am driving myself crazy! Sorry if this is long!

This cycle has been so weird. I am very regular, i always get my period on day 26/27, this month it came day 30, i didnt want to test before because last time i waited until i was at least 5 days late. On day 30 it arrived and by day 31 afternoon there was no more flow, just some brown spotting. Usually i bleed for at least 4 days! This was very unusual. The blood was normal-ish, a bit lighter but not too light, its just that usually i bleed much heavier, but there was still blood. Some days i am feeling nauseous specially on empty stomach and cramping. The cramping never stopped, it comes and goes throughout the day. Its still going on even though period finished. I also started having sensitive breasts and they are a bit swollen. Yesterday i cleaned the house and started cramping and had to sit down, take a break. This never happened before. The cramps are both on each sides and in the middle and it feels like "warm cramps" and sometimes a pulling/ stabbing feeling, which reminds me of the last time i was pregnant. Sometimes they even feel like i am about to start my period again. But i DID get my period so i keep thinking there is NO WAY, it must be something else. i know i should just do a test, but part of me feels ridicoulous even considering it!

So my question is, has anyone been through this before and was indeed pregnant? Or could the heat be messing with my cycle and hormones? ( its very hot where i live). I do have a pap test in a week and a half so i will talk to my gyno and check my hormones. But i can't drive myself crazy till then.

Thank you! Anyone willing to share similar experiences would be appreciated! Smile
