@PumpkinEverything your skin routine sounds good, I use a wash off cleanser, then go over is again with miceller water, then a vitamin C toner and a moisturiser! I’ve got sooo many blackheads and those little under the skin bumpy ones... nightmare

All of these Sunday plans sounds lovely ☺️ We just had a roast. We’re getting a puppy next week so looking forward to having some dog stories of our own 😃

I’m finding my periods really stop and start. Has anyone else found that since coming off the pill? I didn’t have that before. It’s really annoying because I just want it to come in properly and get it over with. They seem to have checked everything that they will check at the moment so hopefully nothing is wrong but googling says scary things like premenopausal etc

Everyone is cooking such good food today! My OH baked a sourdough loaf 😋 and I'm baking butternut squash for tea with mixed grains and roast tomatoes... im trying to pack as many nutrients into our food as possible in the run up to Ov!

@Cams50 eeek, what type of dog are you getting? So exciting! We've just had our roast also ☺️ My last AF was like that - it started a mid-light flow which lasted for two days, then went light for a day, I thought it stopped but on day 4 it started again and I carried on spotting until day 7/8 I think. That's the first time I've had that though.

My LH levels have finally come back down, so really hope today is ovulation day 🤞🏼

It’s so annoying isn’t it. I’m always hoping it’s some sort of weird implantation bleeding but I know I’m kidding myself 🤣 it does make me question if I’m not actually ovulating and therefore producing enough progesterone or something like that despite a positive OPK so checking BBT this month should be helpful.

Oh that’s great about the LH levels! They look really good! Fingers crossed you get that temperature rise tomorrow 😃🤞🏻

@Kay00 your dinner sounds really really tasty! Are you following a recipe? I’ve been obsessed with tomatoes since we came back from Italy a few weeks ago as they have such fresh ones there and they’re so good!

@Cams50 ohh gorgeous! Beagles are one of the breeds that we looked at before we settled on a lab. Have you gone male or female?

I totally thought the same re implantation bleeding, especially as that AF snuck up on me! If I'm honest I'm fairly certain that was an anovulatory cycle for me.

Thanks ☺️ In the six months off the pill I've never had this happen, I've only ever had one other positive OPK in all that time, so feeling really positive this evening, despite starting the day feeling really negative that my temp didn't rise, even though I knew it might be another day or two before I actually ovulated!

@Cams50 mine stop starts too! Sometimes it's only two days then nothing on the third and back again on fourth. I've had a couple of cycles where it stopped on day 2 only to resume on the third day and that really got my hopes up thinking it was implantation lol.

@PumpkinEverything yeah my skin would get super oily straight after ovulation and get spottier and spottier until AF. It would then take me until ovulation for my face to recover lol and then it would start again.... This cycle I got excited cause I didn't have the oily skin/spots in the TWW but I def have some spottiness that appeared with AF this time!

As for food - I'm making roast chicken thighs with garlic gravy (20 cloves!) and lots of veg and some baby new potatoes :)

@Cams50 Beagles were definitely in our short list, our lab was a year old in May so I remember the puppy days well! He’s still super mischievous but only when we are here, when we’re out he literally sleeps all day! He’s abit like a toddler laughing at him seems to encourage it but sometimes I can’t help it 😂

Sounds delicious @Juno231 I’m cooking the usual roast chicken with the trimmings, OH doesn’t finish work until 7 so I am starving!! Managed to prep a meal for in the week and baked a pineapple upside cake after my supermarket episode I needed to do something relaxing 🤣

@Juno231 glad it’s not just me! I kept thinking this was just my skin now, but I’m now realising it must be during my TWW which has made me feel a bit better.
I’m sure your house smells delightful tonight haha. I love garlic too
