After coming off the pill in February and 6 months of cycles ranging from 35 days to 46 days I was worried I wasn’t ovulating. This month I have done OPKs every day and been temping which have correlated to confirm ovulation around CD32.
I am very pleased to be ovulating, however now I want to work on shortening my cycles.
I’m only talking minor changes, I have heard about things like seed cycling? I also go jogging regularly and have read mixed things about the effect of exercise on fertility?
So any tips, advice or experience much appreciated :)
