Pain in the bum...LITERALLY

Hi Ladies,

A bit of a weird one but I woke up this morning with a really sore left bum cheek. It feels as if I did 100 squats yesterday when in reality I spent the day in bed Confused

I'm currently in the TWW with AF due on Wednesday so of course I'm overthinking any little thing. Has anyone experienced anything similar? TIA

I had this last month, it was the strangest thing!! Unfortunately I didn't fall pregnant last month so that's obviously not the news you want to hear... it must be hormone related though? It was the first time I had ever had it too. Hopefully someone else can explain to us why this happens!

Ah that's a shame @MF24 but thanks for replying 🙂 yes hopefully someone that has some insight comes across this thread

When I had it I did some internet searches (a typical 2WW person in that I google every little twinge) and it did say some people had had this during implantation, so hopefully this is what it is for you!!

I've had this on and off for the last few months. Not managed to conceive yet so no idea what's going on

ForeverHopeful17 · 07/09/2020 17:12

Thank you @MF24 I hope so too

@ReginaaPhalange I was really trying to convince myself that it was pregnancy related but I guess that's what we do when TTC sigh

I hope you both get your BFPs soon!

It's so hard not to symptom spot! Thanks @ForeverHopeful17, you too 🤍

Hey OP - any update, did AF arrive?

ForeverHopeful17 · 10/09/2020 17:33

Hey @MF24 no update as I'm still waiting on AF to arrive Confused however my sore bum only lasted for 2 days so I really don't think it was pregnancy related but I will be sure to update whatever the outcome x

That's a good sign though! It could have been implantation related? Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻
