Just wondering if anyone had a bad experience with Zita West? I’ve had 3 rounds of IUI with them (one I was overstimulated so we didn’t continue with that round). I think they have been awful - so disorganised - I have had to remind them of so many of the steps of treatment. They seem to rely on you calling them otherwise you are just forgotten about. For each round of IUI they have told me at the last minute they no longer have ‘time’ to fit me in. Hard to stomach when you’ve been thinking for weeks you are doing a treatment that cycle! I’ve twice had to kick up a fuss to get treatment at the last minute despite it being all planned. I’m now moving to the evewell for IVF and Zita West have either lost or not recorded the results of 4 of the 5 scans I had with them. They repeatedly just issued me with the same one scan when I kept asking for my full medical file. I’m wondering if it’s normal to not be given all the information when you leave a clinic and go to another? If it isn’t how do I complain about this? Is this sort of thing just normal in the world of fertility clinics or should I feel as upset as I do? Your thoughts much appreciated!
