Fertility testing

Hello! I was wondering if anyone had had a fertility test?

I think I want to buy myself a possibly depressing 32nd birthday present just to... see where things are. But I have no idea how to find a good clinic in London. I don’t know what to look for, or what counts as “good”. I’ve sat in google and some have some great reviews and then suddenly a load of bad ones, I don’t know how you judge a doctor! I feel a bit thick basically and could do with a pointer!

Thank you very much.

@user1473878824 initial fertility testing is very simple. Usually, just a few blood tests. Clinics aren't known to start testing you for everything if you haven't been trying to get pregnant.

@KatBeCool thank you, I think that’s what I’m after really. Like an MOT to see how things are ticking over so I know where I’m at and whether this needs to be a right now situation, to just see what’s happening. Can I slightly wing - within reason - when it comes to a doctor?

Go and see colin Davis at the evewell clinic hes a really great doctor (fertility and general gynae). I've bern his patient for years for fertility and all kinds of complex gynae issues. Hes really hood but also one if the most genuine humble doctors you'll meet I can't recommend him highly enough. Hell do you a mot and advise on anything you need to do. Hes a really fabulous surgeon if anyone ever needs an excellent gynaecologist too.
