BBT dropped steadily since 9 dpo, what does this mean about my luteal phase?

Just that really, my bbt started to dropped steadily since 9 dpo but haven’t had my period yet, I’m 13 dpo today and am lightly spotting pink and brown with cramps, also had this spotting for about half an hour at 11 dpo. Does this mean my luteal phase is technically considered short if my BBT drops from 9 dpo?

How long have you been charting? It usually takes a few months to spot a pattern.

Toni Wechsler's book will point you in the right direction as to what the issue is.

@Livingmagicallyagain this was my first month but I did only just come off the pill 2 months ago so I have a feeling that’s the reason, my body is adjusting to being off the pill. I’ve just got AF today as well so I can start a new chart now and see how this one goes.

Thanks, I’ll check that book out
