@ReginaaPhalange sounds good!!! The rule of thumb is that Clomid is 50mg and soy is half as effective so at least 100mg of soy is needed to be effective. I tried to take 100mg but breaking the tablet in half didnt work out so well for me which is how I got to 120mg🤣🤣🤣

According to glow, I enter my fertile week on my birthday haha (13th)!

No never I have wanted to go even before we arrived in the UK but just haven't gone yet. So its just epic that we doing it for my 30th. I saw a picture on Pinterest years ago of the fairy pools fell in love and have wanted to go ever since hahaha.

@ReginaaPhalange hahaahah you can totally do it!!! Just relax list all your symptoms so you can see if you felt that way last cycle and wipe it from your mind if its just a normal progesterone symptom.

I am going blind no testing opks not doing anything like at all!! Not even going to temp. Just going to start BD'ng the day after I finish AF every other day for a week or so and what will happen will happen. Only thing i am doing is the soy from cd3-7.

Looking at last cycle today looks like day before ov (ish) so I’m going to have to test at work to test the theory.

Apps all think ov yesterday or tomorrow despite no peak. May have missed with the shit tests. New box of femometer tonight and they’re back to being pink!!

Light cramps but wiped pink. Hubby been told to prepare for all the bd-Ing next cycle lol!

Boobs are more tender and very heavy and still got pain in my bum lol. I've had this pain in my right butt cheek on and off for a few months now... odd!

This cycle, if AF arrives tomorrow, has been 35 days. Hopefully doesn't get any longer than that!

My temps dropped but I work at 12:30, fell back to sleep 3-5 and then tested

I am having the most awful awful sleep the past two weeks
Waking every single night by 3
Guess the house move stress is causing it but I think it’s affecting my temps

@ReginaaPhalange I had light brown spotting. But no AF lets hope she just shows up so we can move on.

I woke up consistently through the night. Been worried about hubby he is still in the lounge sleeping on the sofa but could hear him coughing. My temp has gone up but I have to discard the temp as I have barely slept. But of light brown when I went to pee this morning but still no flow. Who knows whats going on.

If I’ve missed it I’m hoping I’m covered bd wise

Hugs @candycrush2298 the brown for days is super annoying I get it for 3-5 days before my period every month!
I definitely think some of my crazy temps are because I’m waking in the night
If I were to wake at like 1 or 3 etc do I do that days temp then?

Did this morning’s without holding wee. Off to work with a bag of tests and a cup! Not sure what’s going on. Guess I can’t symptom spot on dpo at least cause I’ve no fucking clue.
