Different pregnancies different early symptoms?

With my DS I had strong period cramps at 8dpo and that was a definite sign for me that I was pregnant. There was no missing them and they lasted about 10 mins. Been TTC baby no 2 for a year. Had a chemical in June and again I knew I was pregnant because I had strong cramps at 11 dpo but no period. I must have felt implantation both times.

I now get anxious every month when I don’t get cramps before my period is due, as I feel like it means I know that I’m not pregnant. However, in the hope of gaining some PMA, I’m thinking that it’s surely possible that not every pregnancy will have the same symptoms, and that I might not always feel implantation, and that it’s therefore possible for me to be symptomless but still be pregnant? I’d be really interested to hear if people had different early pregnancy symptoms with different pregnancies....

1st baby (girl) I felt nothing, not 1 symptom. 2nd baby (boy) felt really sick early on. I convinced myself I was having twins 😄. Very different pregnancies the whole way through

Watching this with interest as was wondering very same thing. Last month I had a chemical and had REALLY sore boobs - a bit more sore than usual run up to AF. This month, I'm nearly at the point where I got a positive last time and my boobs barely hurt at all, not even as much as they usually do during a normal cycle. I'm convinced this must mean I haven't conceived this month...

First pregnancy I had cramps the week leading up to when AF was supposed to come and sore boobs.

Second pregnancy I had the same cramp symptoms as last time but no sore boobs. Acne which is unlike me, trapped wind and was really snappy and irritable.

First time I had no idea. Second time I knew straight away.

Thanks for your replies! It's very difficult when symptom spotting (I really try not to do this but when trying for so long it is difficult as I'm so in tune with how everything feels). Fingers crossed a bfp for us soon!
