Hi everyone. First time poster here.
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 6 months now. I have a very irregular period (I’ve been tested for PCOS etc and my gp says everything is normal, I’m just irregular) so it’s very difficult to track ovulation etc.
This week I’ve been feeling quite strange. Hot flashes, headaches, and sustained light cramping/achiness. I have started bleeding, which I thought might be my period but the symptoms are different than usual. Much lighter flow than usual (more than spotting, but quite light, mostly brown or pink) with more sustained aching.
I suppose I’m wondering if this is just my period, or if it could be something else? If so, could anything I’ve been doing to conceive be causing the weirdness (ex. pre-conception supplements)?
