I've had spotting this morning and I'm in a terrible mood today 😂 so AF is definitely on the way for me unfortunately. I'm going to have a rethink at the end of the year on whether it's worth continuing with this for longer than a year. It's definitely taking its toll. Will give the next couple of months a go though just incase.

Hope there's more luck in September for the rest of you!

@2020mission if there’s one thing I can promise you, it’s worth it. You’ll never regret a child you have, but you might regret one you don’t have. I know it’s out of our control to a certain extent but you can do this . Fingers crossed for a bfp soon for you xxx

@2020mission have you tried any fertility tests for peace of mind? We did some last month privately, I was only on TTC #2 but as I came off the pill over a year ago & suffer from bad periods, I just thought I’d get checked before we tried. And all came back good, so getting AF I’m fine with it as I know it more than likely will happen at some point 🤞🏼 It takes the pressure / worry off a bit which helps xx

@2020mission I feel like you too. It's a year this month, I'm due on next week and have pmt and period pain already so it's just inevitable now. It's really taking its toll! @Clapham4 is right about investigations though, I've had some bloods done which were normal. Dh will get SA result bk tomorrow hopefully and I'm gonna get day 3 bloods booked in next week. At least I feel like we're actually doing something about it now.
@BigLucy the earliest I would test is 11dpo but whatever you feel comfortable with is best.

@2020mission @notyetamumbuttrying I am getting there quick too, 10 months for us and not getting any younger, I am starting to doubt myself, but every so often I get a glimmer of hope...

@notyetamumbuttrying @Franklydear we really do just need to try to keep positive for now. It's all we can do 🤞 💕 surely at least one of us will get there soon 😂

@Mrsi2020 true about it being worth it when it happens. If someone told me it would happen for definite, I'd be more patient and positive with keeping going.

I had a weird realisation today that my first womb lining scan is next weds. Next week. I saw my best friend, the only person IRL who knows what we are doing & she was like the 16th, that's next weds. All of a sudden it's actually next week?! 😳😬the embryo transfer could be the following week! Then of course cos her head goes so that means you could be testing & pregnant in 4 weeks 😂🙈🙄and i was like, yeah, or I could not be. But least it's actually like "in a time we can think of?" IYSWIM

@2020mission you’re right and it’s easier said than done. My first preg ended in a mc at 4.5mlnths and then my 2 pregs with my girls were horrendous, hyperemesis the whole time, low blood, was in hospital more than I was out of it and everyone thought I was mad having my second daughter but omg all I could think was they’re worth it.... fingers crossed it happens and soon for you.

So today I get to do the school run as I'm only working 1 day this week for some odd reason but hey ho 😂 I do miss doing the school run when I'm working all the time so nice to do it every so often but then I've also got a touch up on a tattoo I had last year at 12 o clock and I'm already nervous 😂

Whoop, yay to a new cycle!! @lucyrp enjoy the school run and good luck with the tattoo touch up later. I just have another stressful day of work ahead of me, wish I could still be on holiday!

I tell you what ladies I reckon what's helped AF come may have been the fact I've been taking vitamin C the last week or so to help fight off this cold ? Could that have helped ??

@Mrsi2020 best to space them out by a few days to see obvious progress. I was watching lines fail to get stronger with my last chemical and it's not nice. I have a horrible feeling when looking at FRER lines now, all they do is cause me to have anxiety as my only experience with them has always been negative. Hopefully yours will pick up soon though, I wouldn't be expecting a really strong line at 11 DPO as it's still early.

Speaking of which... I tested on a FRER today to confirm nothing is going on (allowing me to treat myself to a full caffeine coffee today and give up on all the faff of the seeds, etc) and it was whiter than white, so I'm definitely joining you ladies who are now trying in October. Will add the test date when AF finally appears. Would rather it would happen ASAP so that my weekend isn't spent feeling sore and miserable.

Looking at patterns, it does seem the only times I've got BFP I've been DTD every second day at most and hit the day after ovulation. This month we DTD every day in the fertile window up to my last peak OPK reading but didn't manage the day after which would be the actual day of ovulation, so I'm thinking that was a mistake.

@lucyrp I need to up my vitamin C today then to try and get things on the way 👍🏼

@Minster2012 I'm 2dpo!! So nothing to report yet! So so happy that you're in the situation you're in now and like your friend said, could be testing and pregnant in 4 weeks!! How exciting!!

Well girls, my holiday looks like it's going to be cancelled as we're going to Greece😩 so far Tui have only cancelled holidays from 8th-22nd September and we go on the 22nd so it's not been cancelled yet but id rather them cancel it because all holidays in Cyprus and Turkey are getting booked up!! I'm half way through a 30 day challenge at the gym and lost 9lb so far so I'm not doing this and not having a holiday at the end of it😂😂

@lucyrp yeh I think vit c is known to help bring on bleeding if eaten excessively!

@Vil10 yaassss hope it's done in like a couple of days then I can get onto my OPKs! Oh no hope you can go on holiday!

@Mococo1 well I didn't eat excessive amounts but I was take the tablets every day for about a week or so so I think that's helped a lot ! How are you doing ?
