I’ve been tracking bbt for a few months. It will always go up after ovulation and dip around 11 or 12 dpo just before af.
This cycle I’m 7/8 dpo depending on which app I go by and last 3 days my temp has come right down almost to cover line. I know you can get an oestrogen surge at this stage causing a dip but I’d have thought it would be coming back up by now.
I ovulated a week late this month but didn’t think that would affect my luteal phase. I usually spot for 3-5 days before af but so far just creamy cm and no spotting.
Any ideas? Am I out this month?
Ps the discarded times are nights I was up and down all night. And don’t worry about the timings being out, I don’t always add my temp at the time and never adjust the time on the app 🙈
