OPK Ovulation Day different from BBT Ovulation Day

Anyone else find this? OPK predicted ovulation on Wednesday but I had my BBT increase today. Is that normal and does that mean I ovulated yesterday or Wednesday?

Hi @MF1981 your peak OPK does not indicate when you ovulate, it only indicates when you had your peak in LH hormone (which is what causes ovulation). Most women ovulate in the hours/days after their LH peak. So what you said sounds about right; your had your LH peak on Wednesday and you ovulated yesterday. Your temperature should now rise and stay high for a few days, this should confirm ovulation happened.
