@VP91x they are all in the same session :) (so sorry if I already replied - my brain is frazzled trying to teach as well as wash hands regularly, getting them to socially distance etc!) I read somewhere you can have an implantation temp dip that goes below the coverline - so the temp dip could be good news!

Anyway yeah I heard they look after you too in early pregnancy so either way I should get the support I need. Let's hope I just need the pregnancy monitoring!

I've forgotten what frequent DTD is like 😂 with the puppy and being in the waiting phase we haven't been doing much, I look forward to doing the fun part! Gets exhausting though - good luck!

I love Christmas, it's my favourite. Not sure what it'll be like this year though if this virus stuff doesn't sort itself out. Also should have had our baby by then so that's a bit tough but need to find the positive and hopefully I'll be having a sober one, let's hope we all are xx

@MichT4 thank you..the bfn 12dpo was probably the best thing in hindsight - otherwise I’d have had extra hope with my cycle being 3days longer than it has been. I have sent an email to the place that does the scans - they are all midwives and they do baby scanning too so I feel like they’ll be able to gove me some good advice! I’m going to ring my Dr’s tomorrow too, hopefully they’ll get me in for blood tests soon. My town has an aging population though so I am hoping that they will move quickly with me (not that I am impatient in anyway!!)

@Pugprincess @RichmondLady1981 so I maaaay have googled energy drinks and make fertility. The results weren’t great so oh bless him has sworn off his until we conceive and pass 12wks! He has been drinking at least 2 bjg cans a day, as well as cups of coffee!

@Pugprincess definitely push for your RA - they should be done asap in schools, and our local council wanted heads to ring everyone up in the hols to do a special covid one (we had 2 inset days so it was literally our first job when we came in on the first day!)

@VP91x I keep losing teack and I tey to go back on the thread but I get thread blind I swear! How many dpo are you? xx

I'm good thank you cd 5 today and I think I'm going to try and take a step back this cycle... no temping and I might not even use OPKs but don't hold me to that 😂. Xx

@Northernsoul90 I did a FRER after this and got a negative :( but I am still only roughly 8dpo so still holding on to hope because it was a mid day urine too! Xx

@Bl0ndi3 That makes sense! Yeah, I temp. Erm, some people don't get an implantation dip but some people want for elevated temps to stay past 14dpo before testing. Haha, got to do the big boob grope to see what is going on.

Fingers crossed for Saturday - I ordered my FRERs to arrive tomorrow so I will most likely test on Friday like a loon, haha.

@MinnieMouse4 if those are evap/false positive lines from those Tesco cheapies then that is the most frustrating thing ever! They really shouldn't do that.

@KatiePlus3 I can see like a real faint shadowy line, are you going to test daily now?x

@Lollol86 Haha, eventually they will get bored of going but at least you get some respite during the day even if you are working. Hope you're managing to rest up too though! x

@RichmondLady1981 I'm not massively sure as the last time I ovulated was back in April and that was an 11day LP. So if it is the same then I would be due on Monday.

@Rb486 I am so looking forward to Christmas! My tree is going up on 1st November. Definitely need lots of Christmas cheer this year xx

Luckily this temp dip wasn't below cover line but still a bit of a drop, I will post a pic of my chart in case anyone fancies a look. I am 7dpo today.

@VP91x This is the same photo but with the photo darkened down as I know cameras never pick it up as good as the naked eye, if this isnt my month I'd really like to temp from next month but I'd need someone to explain it to me as I dont have a clue how to do it :/ xx

@KatiePlus3 yeah I can definitely see it. Have you got a FRER for tomorrow? I can help ger you set up with temping. It will drive you nuts I'm sure haha xx

@Northernsoul90 @KatiePlus3 @VP91x thanks for the support ladies. It is really appreciated. I agree and don’t think I’m going to use those Tesco ones again. Although I did also have a VERY faint line with a CB too!

So I went out and stocked up on pregnancy tests and when I got home I felt some pains and thought I could maybe see some discolouration when I wiped (sorry TMI) so I’m going to hold off taking any tests until the morning if AF doesn’t progress. Sod’s law that happens just after I spend a small fortune on tests but they can always be kept for my next TWW and the most important thing at the moment is having some sort of answer (either AF or BFP).

I did find out something interesting though when looking through the tests and their sensitivity that I thought I would share.
I bought the FRER tests which are 6.3miu
I bought CBD weeks indicator which are 25miu
I bought Superdrug own brand cheapie tests which are 20miu
Finally I bought 99p dip tests which are also 25miu

It’s interesting that the CBD are the same sensitivity as the 99p dippy ones. I always thought they were much more sensitive. I also looked up the CB ultra early (non digital) test sensitivity which is 10miu.

Can you tell that I am trying to keep my mind from testing/checking for AF? 😂 xx

@MinnieMouse4 the CBD weeks indicators are from 10miu which I found rrally interesting. These are the thresholds for them across the 3 weeks. Yeah alot of the dippy strip ones seem to be 25miu xx

@KatiePlus3 I tried the negative trick with both your photos. I hope that is okay? I can absolutely see the second line on both! Exciting! I hope the FRER provides some more answers tomorrow! Xx

@VP91x oh that is interesting! I just went from the leaflet in the box but it makes sense that they vary dependant on weeks! I have saved a copy of that image for future ref I hope you don’t mind xx

@MinnieMouse4 I was surprised too, the normal CBD digis are 25miu though. Yeah absolutely, I have a folder full of odd ttc pics on my phone haha xx

@VP91x oh right! I used one of those original CB digis this morning! It is so odd how one of those are 25miu and are so expensive and then a Superdrug cheapie is 20miu and a fraction of the price! Xx

@MinnieMouse4 Yeah course that's okay :) I do see it! Just panicking that it's an evap line but it appeared within 30 seconds of me POAS and stayed there :/ I've got a FRER here in my cupboard, I will use it with FMU tomorrow:) Fingers crossed that you get your BFP but if not AF will show her face and I hope it's your month next month :) I've been let down every month since my loss in february and I've already lost hope for this month :( when i had my MMC in february, I had to have a procedure done which is like a d&c but you're awake for it and its suction, I start to panic like maybe theyve made me infertile 🤯 cant help but wonder if there is actually something wrong with me. Xx

@MinnieMouse4 I know yeah! Order from Amazon where you can. You can get them in a twin pack for under £10 normally and 4 FRER for £13! Xx

@KatiePlus3 hopefully you won't need amy of this info but..

You need to get a BBT thermometer (Amazon) they go to two decimal places. No need to go for anything expensive. Normally under a tenner. Download Fertility Friend, bit old school but by far the most accurate. You'll love it.

Pick a time that you'll always be able to temp. You need to temp within the same half an hour at most each day. You must temp before you move/drink/pee. Pop the thermometer under your tounge straight after waking and then record the temperature. You'll find your temps are low before ovulation and ovulation is confirmed with a three day spike in temperature which will then stay high until AF comes where they drop or you get a BFP. Does this all make sense? If you look at the chart I posted a little bit earlier you'll see the spike. Some get a lower spike, but the shift will be obvious to see xx

@VP91x so temp will drop when AF is due/arrives, what happens to the temp if you actually conceive and get to when AF is due and it doesnt show? Is there anyway of telling it may have worked by looking at the temps and not rushing for a test? I will test at 7am every morning when my alarm goes off just before i wake the kids for school :) ill have a look now for a BBT thermometer! Xx

@KatiePlus3 @VP91x well, well ... AF has literally JUST arrived! I’ve gotten over not catching this time around and am just happy that I have an answer now. I can start a fresh! I’m hoping that my cycle doesn’t stay this long but at least I’ll know what to expect for the next TWW.

We have decided to follow SMEP plan this month so I am stocked up on OPKs and PG tests. Couldn’t be more prepared! I’m positive and excited and not going to let myself stress out this time around.

I have also taken the info on temping as I might give that a go in a cycle or 2. Hopefully I won’t need to but it’s good to have a plan.

Oh and I am NEVER going to use those Tesco cheapie tests ever again!! Xx

@MinnieMouse4 Awhh well as you say you can get this out the way with now and start a fresh and keep it stress free :) Yeah dont ever use them again! And sainsburys ones are the exact same so defo steer clear of those too!

I hope I get a bfp but I'm not holding my breath! I will update you in the morning :)
