Thanks lovely @VP91x Absolutely. I’m going to see what they say on Monday & what options they have available to support going forward - is more bloods, scans, etc. I’m going to ask about clomid, HCG & HMG so I know at one point they could be an option for us, if at all. Clomid is often prescribed to women who ovulate too but have unexplained infertility. I’m excited for tomorrow now. ☺️

Glad I have this appointment so timely or I would be struggling this month to get optimism and positivity back in time for FW. Me & OH have agreed not to really talk much about TTC now. Just let me do the OPKs and tracking, & obvs he would know when FW is through that. But other than that we are gunna stop talking about it in general. See how that goes eek xxx

@MichT4 I mustn't have had enough sleep! I'm not sleeping well at all. I'm switching between night and day shift so I think it's throwing me out of whack. I was hoping to see what my temp was like today, whether it went down or not. Oh well! Glad you are enjoying Loki, puppy stages are hard but you'll miss them when the doggy is all grown up. Much like baby times!

@VP91x no temp today so I'm in limbo!lol AF due Tuesday/Wednesday. My DH wouldn't let me buy tests but I have some of the easy@home ones in the cupboard that he doesn't know about... how early can you use them?😂

@Northernsoul90 I totally get what you mean. I made a bit of a conscious effort to DTD outside of FW and also found OH was happier than we did. I think it made him feel less "used" but also I just enjoyed it rather than thinking right hurry up so I can get my legs in the air!

@MichT4 hope you had a lovely day at your sisters yesterday and glad to hear it's getting easier around the family. Sometimes you just need to disconnect a bit from them.

Like you pre MC my cycles were bang on 28 days. I had to wait 11 weeks for it to return and now had a 25 day cycle so it's really screwed things up. I'm going to try and get an average over the next few cycles and see what it does.

@HappyVibes so sorry you're having a downer. It's all so hard and all consuming, have you done anything nice just for yourself lately completely unrelated to TTC? Maybe it will help. Glad you're getting somewhere with your referral and gynae though. Hope they are helpful xxx

Thanks guys the scan went really well! Baby has caught right up. It’s grown 11 days in the past 9! I’m now measuring 7+3 and I think I’m roughly 7+4 today so baby is bigger than the last one now. She could see the arm buds developing ❤️ Really relieved and happy. I’ve booked in again for sat 19th lol. X

Ladies who temp without Ava - do you temp orally or vaginally? Also, do you temp throughout AF, or wait for after AF to finish?

I temped are the very start of TTC but I didn’t understand it and was a faf so I gave up, & just stuck with CB digi. Xxxx

@HappyVibes I temp orally, but vaginally is prone to less fluctuations. For example, orally you have to literally do it before even opening your eyes. Vaginally doesn't vary as much so you could get up to get the thermometer for an example. I temp during AF purely out of habit. Xx

Thanks @VP91x I temped at the very beginning of TTC vaginally so I may just do that again. Put as I’m doing vaginally I think I’d prefer to wait off u tik after AF 🤣xx

@HappyVibes I temp orally. It’s no faf for me as I get up everyday at 6.30 and have the thermometer on my night table right next to me so I literally just need to stretch out my right arm to get it and that’s it. I temp throughout my cycle. Off for a hot bath now ladies xxx

@HappyVibes I just do orally and make sure I leave it on my phone every morning so it’s the first thing I do before getting up or even drinking water. Can be accurate (a along as you don’t drink or you aren’t sick!). CB is good but to get the rise in temp over your cover line is the last bit of confirmation to say you’ve ovulated. Much better to do both. It’s a faff but worth it for sure.

Hi everyone, I would love to join if that’s ok. I have been ttc for over a year now and currently on second ICSI cycle.

We got a BFP in May but sadly miscarried in June. We had another FET on 31 Aug and currently in the TWW. I tested yesterday and today (4.75 & 5.75 p5dft) using an FRER.

Yesterday’s test was stark white but today I think I see a v faint shadowy line. I know it’s too early to test but I am trying to prepare myself for the worst while hoping for the best. It feels like a long road already!! Does anyone else see a line on the attached image?

@HappyVibes thank you ☺️ I know so many on here have similar journeys. I would be the equivalent of 12dpo now, or 11dpo when the test was taken this morning. As I’m doing IVF it’s not quite the same though. I’m on medication to stop AF right now. Xx

@VP91x - I didn’t realise that you had benn diagnosed with pcos - I’m sorry to hear that, as I can imagine it’s added stress for you :( I have had a few friends with pcos fall pregnant naturally (I’m always aware these words aren’t necessarily that comforting to hear as it doesn’t help you get the bfp you want right now - I know people mean well when they tell me it will happen when it happens/time is right/less stressed etc but it doesn’t make me feel less frustrated lol) but also - massive YAY to having ovulated 🙌🏻
Sorry to hear about your bunnies too :( it’s amazing how quickly pets sneak into your heart isn’t it!

@RichmondLady1981 My cycle has been pretty similar - with the exception that I know start spotting about 3 days before af fully arrives. I flictuated between 27/28day cycles pre mc, and since my mc in feb I have had mostly 26day cycles. Currently on cd27 with no spotting yet this month though - so I have no idea what to expect when now! Although I had a bfn yesterday so I don’t think I have been lucky this month!!

@Babydreaming20 ah okay lovely. Thank you for sharing. On the photo it is hard to see another line for me but I do know that the picture quality on here isn’t the best, & I also don’t have my glasses on so don’t take my word for it at all lovely. See if any of the other lovely ladies are able to help. It’s very early so I’m sure the line will develop for you over the week my lovely. Sending you so much baby dust, I hope that line progresses for you xxxxxxxxxx

@MrsK21 I think I need to make an effort this month to do the same and dtd outside of fw as well. DH jokes about feeling used but i think secretly he's being serious about it. Xx

@Babydreaming20 Welcome and sorry for your loss 💖. I think I can see a slight shadow but as @HappyVibes said it's quite hard to see on photographs on here! It will look clearer to you irl. Fingers crossed for you that you see line progression over the next few days 🤞🏼xx
