Hi all, anyone want to join me? TTC cycle 7 with a chemical in May. I was so happy after I got BFP in may for it to end badly. I kind of gave up for 3 months (trying but half hearted). I'm ready again now and I am hoping for BFP!

I'm only 23 so have plenty of time just disheartneing keeping trying with nothing. I do hold a bit of hope with the chemical though, at least I ovulate.

If youve had a chemical do you tell anyone? Its so hard not telling anyone!!

Hi there! I've never had a chemical (or so I thought) and don't really know much about it! I have three children two teenagers and a 9 month old! I stopped the pill 5 months ago had a strange period then two 28 day cycles "normal" for me then last month I was a week late and convinced I was pregnant! This time I got a very very faint positive 10 days before y period was due!! Then at 7 days to af I started bleeding and cramping pretty heavy! So I'm j sure what happened there!
My issue is I've always fell pregnant so easy even on the coil before!! So what's happening to me? Is it because I'm 39?? I'm keen to get preg ASAP and worried I can't !

Hello, I felt like I could see a bit of me in your post.

I’m on cycle 6 and also had one chemical pregnancy. I haven’t told anyone other than my partner.

It floored me tbh, I never knew chemicals were a thing until it happened and I started researching it. I was only pregnant for a mere 5 days. Got my bfp on 1st March and started bleeding on 5th March. It was very strange and until this day I still am shocked by it. It hit me hard.

Hi @Happygolucky71, I'm also on cycle 7 TTC. I just had a chemical on my last cycle and also had a chemical on my first month TTC ☹️ feeling a bit negative now after it's happened twice. Only my husband knows about the chemical... we're not telling anyone when we get a BFP until 6 weeks earliest we decided after the first chemical happened early this year. It's tough to hide but personally I don't want people constantly looking/asking if it's happened yet especially if it might never.

I'm definitely going to share the chemical and overall TTC struggle with friends/family once we have some success as I personally had no idea about them and I think people should talk about it more.

Trying to keep in mind that we've been successful with the sperm meeting the egg which is a good sign, it's then either bad luck or a (hopefully) solvable hormone/thyroid issue that's leading to the chemicals. My plan is to go to the GP if it happens for the 3rd time.

Are you all feeling ok? We need to just keep positive 💕
