15 day cycle

Keen to hear of other's experiences and whether you think I should get this checked out. I came off the pill to TTC 3 months ago. I was on the mini-pill and had no periods in this time. 2 weeks after my last pill, I had a very light bleed - 2/3 days of brown discharge followed by one day seeing some blood only when going to the toilet. The same happened exactly 2 weeks later and has happened every 2 weeks since. At first I put it down to my body adjusting, but this has gone on for 3 months now. I understand that it can take a while for your cycle to settle down but mine seems to have settled into this 15 day cycle. My periods have never been so regular, they are like clockwork now. And I don't even know whether they are proper periods as they are just so so light. I have read that a cycle so short should be checked out, but will I just be brushed off because it hasn't been that long since I came off the pill?

I would make a phone appointment with GP and they can decide whether you should come in for a checkup or not.

I had 28day cycles and I went on the arm implant for 3 years. When I came off my cycles went down to 21days for almost a year and then 26days and now 2years later I'm back to 28day cycles again. I never consulted a doctor though as I just presumed my body would go back to normal and it did. But 2 years was long though.

Thanks for your reply Monday - I think that's what I'll do. I'm glad to hear yours went back to normal. Can't help but worry this could also be a sign we're going to have problems conceiving. I use the Clue app and it shows my most fertile days as pretty much being as my "bleed" is still on it's way out
