Ovulation Help

Hi Guys,

Do you think I have peaked in ovulation?

According to my apps I was due to ovulated today or Thursday, as I have two different apps.

• Dose anyone think my levels will go up? Or just come back down.

• have I been dtd at the right time?
• what days / how much do people recommend doing the deed

I don't believe you've ovulated yet based on those tests.

I would recommend sticking to 1 app for tracking. Personally I'm a fan of FertilityFriend.

I'd recommend DTD every other day throughout the month, but ideally you're aiming to cover the few days leading up to the day of ovulation. If possible you should keep going every other day for a few days after you get a positive OPK. But you should also keep testing for a few days after your positive OPK to be sure it stays negative.

For your opk to be positive the test line needs to be the same colour or darker than the control line, so none of the opks shown are positive.

Keep testing throughout the month and keep inputting the data into your app(s). Once you have identified when you ovulate in a cycle then your apps will be better at predicting when your next ovulation will be
