Crazy cramping 9dpo

I’m 9dpo and have constant throbbing cramps above my pubic bone, which started last night and has lasted all day.
With af I normally cramp at my right ovary and this feels a bit milder than af cramps.
I tested but was white negative. Silly early I know but still disappointing. Af is due on Sunday.
Realised that first response early testing is perhaps all a money making con, if you test negative you say it’s too early so you buy more. Really need to wait until af is due before pulling stunts like that again.

I’ve not had any implantation bleeding or anything, and I’ve been to the loo if you know what I mean so it’s not tummy ache. I’ve had a bit of white discharge though the last few days. Trying not to get my hopes up. I had a chemical last time and I’m so anxious.
Anyone else 9dpo or there about?

I'm in the exact same situation. 9DPO, no implantation bleeding but bad cramps for 4 days now. The cramps started on the left hand side but are now more central. I also have sore boobs which is really unusual for me and on and off nausea.

I think I'm going to test in the morning, I know it's probably too early but the wait is killing me!

It’s hard not to symptom spot, the cramps are pretty obvious though. Sore boobs are a great sign especially if you don’t normally have them. My boobs are sore but I always get sore boobs right after ovulation till af anyway.
