Did I ovulate?

Hi all,

Longtime reader of this board and looking for some insight!

Came off the pill about 4 months ago and haven’t had a period since.

Last Friday I had a high result on a clearblue ovulation stick, and Saturday I had a peak. I’ve been charting my bbt too.

Would you say this looks like I did ovulate? After this many months I’m now worrying i didn’t as I’ve read so many peoples charts who go way above 36.49 where my bbt seems to be lingering at!

Yeah I'd say that's ovulation. Theres a clear rise in bbt. I wouldn't worry about the specific temperature, we're all different, it's the change that important. Good luck :)

Yes, looking good. You could try inputting the same temperature data into Fertility Friend App (FF Mobile). Its free and it is much easier to read when you have ovulated or not

I second the use of FF - sooooo much easier for bbt charting. I agree that you've ovulated :)
