Could I be...? Please help

I came off the pill on 31st July. I had what I assumed was a withdrawal bleed from 7th - 12th August, it was moderately heavy but took a while to get going. DP and I had sex on 2nd, 16th & 21st August. Today I’ve got what I think is a BFP, is this even possible? I only tested because I have really sore breasts.

I’m having a moderate internal panic because although this was planned it has happened a bit sooner than I anticipated.

I wanted to update this thread in case anyone comes across it in the future. The above test was a false positive. These are the One Step tests from amazon and reading the reviews today it seems they consistently give false positives. Please save yourself heartache and don’t buy them.
