BBT rise after OV

Hi ladies. Just wondering if anyone can share their experiences. I'm not great with temping but have been trying this cycle.. I also started using OPKs this month. I got my positive OPK 2 full days ago now. I had OV cramps for about 5 days (which I know is abnormal so I'm worried about that) which have now gone away, but my BBT has not spiked, there is a very small increase of .3 since what I think was OV day. (I had a big temp drop on that day)

So my question is, how long after OV did your temperature rise? And by how much?
I think im out after another failed OV but would be useful to know 😕

Hi! I’m not so experienced myself as I’ve only been temping for about a month, but I also had a failed ovulation attempt 3 weeks ago and my body has attempted again over the past couple days. I still haven’t got a confirmation from my app that I’ve ovulated yet as you need at least 3 days of sustained rise in temp to confirm ovulation and I’m only on my day 2, but as you can see from my chart my temperature is only rising gradually. As long as it still rises or stays higher than normal, then that’s a good sign. Keep temping over the next few days and see how you get on. I‘m in the same boat as you so you’re not alone! The struggle is real

Hi I use a wearable bracelet to take my skin temperature rather than bbt but it works the same, this is my first chart so far:

It sounds like you didn't ovulate yet as temperatures should rise the day of/next day (some people have a dip on ovulation day). I've attached a pic of my chart, my ovulation was confirmed by a blood test (dark blue line is ovulation day)

Thanks for your input ladies. I was convinced I hadn't ovulated this month as my temps barely rose.. but there may have Been some measuring inconsistencies time wise?
Anyway, I was wrong. I'm now 4 weeks pregnant :)
