Knowledgeable ladies if mumsnet, if you do a pregnancy test using water rather than urine, would you still get a control line??

... Trying to determine whether my tests are duds (have just seen the amazon reviews!)

Yep, you should always get a control line whether it's water or urine. The control line is meant to be proof that the test has worked correctly.
