Ovulation help

Hi guys,

Sorry if this doesn't make sense, pretty new to testing etc.

So I started using Clearblue ovulation tests. My first day using was low fertility, then I got my high and peak. Now I don't have regular periods so I have no idea of my cycle.

I have PCOS and one partially blocked fallopian tube and I'm on Metformin. I did have a period about 3 weeks ago, on my peak day we DTD. This morning I have another high.

What is going on? 😣 any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. X

LH is your body's signal to ovulate, but unfortunately it doesn't mean you will successfully ovulate. Keep testing, if you get another peak it probably means your body is trying to ovulate a second time because the first one may have failed.

Good luck, keep DTD as though you're fertile until the readings have been negative for at least a few days.

I didn't know your body would keep attempting to ovulate if it failed.

Exactly what the previous poster said. I'm pretty sure if you have PCOS then OPKs can be extra unreliable as well. Might be worth temping alongside them to make sure you're ovulating.
