Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@mumof23188 I see something! I’ve only got my first clear line on an ic today! Try a clear& simple or frer!! Eeekkkk

I’m good thanks hun, anxious but defo not as bad today. Gonna TRY and skip the FRER tomorrow morning (but don’t quote me lol) and just do the clear and simple and see what the frer is like Thursday or Friday! Xxx

@LS2020 I’d like you to test too 🤣 haha I do , I temp at slightly diff times but the girls told me on here to alter your temp slightly .1 up if temping half hour early and the oppose for later! Seems to work and everything is tallying , better than I thought tbh altho I find it easier to try and temp at the same time.you just have to temp after roughly a 3-4 hr sleep xxx

@Moominmiss hope you’re okay hun! It’s hard, not surprised you’re deflated! Brilliant about your results tho, someone said on another thread when you get those results just think it’s a matter of time!

Try what I did! Angus cactus from cd1 and stop when you ovulate, I took baby aspirin bht you mightn’t need that. And I used the Tesco conception gel , think it’s similar to preseed! Try something different, try give yourself a clean slate xxx

Every month Pre ovulation my RHR is 58-64. Post ovulation my RHR is 66-70. I've now started tracking my BBT.

My BBT and RHR seem to drop 2-3 days before AF (around 8dpo).

I'm currently 9dpo and my temp and RHR is still up. So scared to test. Going to try and hold out til 12dpo. Hoping these signs are positive.

Cd21 for me today, finally had ewcm this morning and I'd never spotted it before really or took any notice of it until other ladies mention it on here. Hopefully I'm ovulating soon. Premom says today is ov day so wonder if its predicted right. We dtd tonight but think this will be the only time we will have chance. My rhr has been through the roof and spending hours in the fat burn zone!

@Mrsi2020 this is the first month we've managed to DTD 3 consecutive days leading up to and including ovulation day. my DP works away a lot so is hard to TTC properly. I came off the pill in February to give my cycles a chance to regulate in preparation. Previous months we've been close but not close enough. Next month DP will be home much more so will give us more of a chance if unsuccessful this month.

@mumof23188 are you testing again this am?
My RHR has stayed the same so pretty sure I’m out. Feel like most of my symptoms have gone too, though I did sleep 10 hours last night 😴

@Mrsi2020 I might have to start giving it a go. At least to even know that I’m deffo out a bit earlier. I wish I could see what mine is this month as I’m back to flat RHR now 😔

Found another test!!! Now this is my very last IC! I think it’s just an indent? Something keeps catching my eye! HR finally went up by one aswell 😂 prob drop back tomorrow tho!

I honestly wouldn’t fret about your RHR as long as you’ve got your BFP, it’ll go up over your first trimester 🙂

So 11dpo and got a bit of a rise. Not taking too seriously as I was out til about 10 last night at a work leaving meal so had a drink and ate late for me (sad that 7.30 is late for me now 😂) but I am up at this time because felt so nauseous in bed I had to come eat a slice of toast so who knows! Will test tomorrow either way so I know for my holiday

@mumof23188 I know what you mean about something catching your eye but you’re going to drive yourself mad now you’ve used your last one 😂

@Mrsi2020 I don’t know how I have so much this cycle. I’ve usually done one sneaky one that I don’t admit to but I think it’s literally just 15 months of disappointment that’s it’s worse getting the BFN than AF I think. Plus I’ve started running out of tests and I refuse to buy more to find my habit so it’s making me stingier 😂

@Mrsi2020 what a strong line 😍. My heart rate was high 60s with my last pregnancy. Occasionally going to low 70s so don’t worry.

@LS2020 wow looking good! Fingers crossed for BFP tomorrow for you 🤞🤞. Really hope this is it for you.

My BBT arrived! Had a go with it this morning and seems easy to use. I got the femometer one aswell. It’s probably a dud batch or something. I don’t think I’m pregnant this month. HR still low. It dropped back to 63 today. Not going to test again!

@Moominmiss how are you doing? Any luck yet? I was thinking maybe you ovulated later and so a BFP/AF would be late? I did write a reply yesterday but I lost it! Hopefully something happens for you soon.

@LS2020 get the b&m/savers clear and simple - 2 for £1 and they’re class! I do think if you can refrain you’re better to not test tho. I just don’t have that willpower, I’m all full of good intentions until I hit 8dpo and know I might see a squinter and then I start pissing on tenners lol.

@mumof23188 yayy for your femometer arriving, I’ve found them easy enough and I waken usually around the same time so it has been easier than I expected. Thanks for the graph, it’s good to have something to compare it to. Xxx

I tested with a FRER this afternoon as had some symptoms! What do you think?

@mumof23188 I see that! How many dpo are you remind me?! Thanks hun, I’ve had tender boobs but nothing major, s little nauseous today but not even sure it’s preg related lol. Aww please join me on this, we graduated last time together, then I came back, then you came back, we need to graduate with sticky’s together. Xxx

@Mrsi2020 I’m 10dpo today I think! I’ve had tingling boobs today and my nipples look darker so thought I’d buy some tests also creamy watery cm. well Atleast that’s what I think it is 😂 I can never tell the difference?! When’s your Due date? Ahh I so hope i can 🤞🤞.

I’m cd19 and definitely about to ovulate- bit bloated and sharp pain in left side earlier today HR increased by 2

My heart rate has gone up 2bpm today. I've no idea when I'm due (33-47 day cycles atm) so going to try hold off for a week as BFN this morning
