Hi

I would love to hear your experiences of coil removal and how long it took you to conceive after it was taken out as dp and I are going to ttc Smile I have no idea whether periods generally come back straight away or whether it'll take a month or two to kick in!

@MissBetina hi there ! So I had the coil taken out I believe September 2018 and fell pregnant with my little boy in March 2019 I believe it was late September I had the implant taken out so it took approximately 6 months for me to fall pregnant , I've heard stories of people getting caught straight away! I wasn't really keeping track of ovulation days or my periods I just said if it happens it happens so if you track everything you probably will fall pregnant a lot sooner , but they say it can take anywhere up to a year to conceive most couples will conceive in the first year of trying ! So best of luck hope you get your BFP soon :) x

Hi, I have 2 experiences, 1st time I was 25 had it taken out, got one period and then got pg.
this time I had it removed and got a light period one month later. So into first proper month TTC. I’m 38 now though so who knows if it’ll be totally different this time (I expect so!)
