Is anyone really clued up on temps? I got my static smiley yesterday morning (didn't temp yesterday as I had a few drinks the night before and forgot!) and I expected my temp to rise this morning but it has dropped again quite significantly - it dropped on Saturday and then it's lower still today. Hopefully it will rise tomorrow?

I actually just thought that as a positive spin of waiting til tomorrow, if AF did arrive then it would have been annoying rushing out of work for a scan when AF was coming. If it doesn't, it's another day of no AF and more reason to be scanned!
I thought AF had come as I felt really warm and wet (sorry!!) but it's just CM 😳

@Northernsoul90 possibly ovulation dip and tonight will go up? @VP91x will have the answer 😂

@Runnergirl1 not long to wait until FW for you and a few others it seems. That's a nice part of the month. Really hope you get a nice birthday present

@Firevie the fluctuation is normal. Please keep testing and if the ovulation prediction is inaccurate, Premom will readjust it once you find out your peak.

@Lollol86 yeah it's more wanting to know exactly what's going on, wish I could have weekly scans at my request 😂. Make sure you eat regularly if you can, keep your energy levels up. Hope the girls are being well behaved for you xx

@Runnergirl1 your cycle was most probably skewed post-MC so LP might shift again this time but 11 days isn't too short. Yes just trying as much as I can whilst waiting for appointments xx

@Northernsoul90 that makes sense! You'll normally ovulate the day after a static (just an average) so if you've had a dip today that would be right, which is fab. Xx

@VP91x ha ha weekly scans would be amazing. Yea I will try eat just had an apple as I didn't fancy much else, just about to go up the hospital not looking forward to sitting up there with a face mask on though it gets so hot 🤮 xx

@VP91x no my daughter has an eye check up. I have my first scan on the 5th of September xx

Morning ladies hope you are all well.

I'm just off the phone to my consultant at the fertility clinic. She is going to get me booked in for a scan just to check what's going on in there and to make sure the endometrioma hasn't came back.
She is also putting me on the waiting list for IUI she said with the whole covid situation she isn't sure how long the wait will be but to keep trying for the time being. Good thing is if it doesn't happen naturally I've got this in the pipeline.

Update on my opks ladies - 0.23 today it was 0.2 yesterday so still low but guess is in line with what you ladies have been saying. Will do another test at 6pm today xxx

I just saw your comment re the static & I am completely shocked at my lack of knowledge re this ha. So how long after static would you suggest DTD? Xxx

@MichT4 Haha I thought @VP91x would have the knowledge 😂 thank you both! Okay that's good hopefully I will see a rise tomorrow then 🤞🏼 we dtd twice yesterday and will make sure to do it today and tomorrow just to keep covered! 😂. On the apps do they put a cover line in once they have detected ovulation? Xx

@HappyVibes Yes I think after LH surge ovulation can happen anywhere between 12 and 36 hours later but obviously everyone is different. 24 hours seems to be about average. Previously I always thought I ovulated on the day of static as I would get ovulation pains but I didn't really feel anything this time and my temps and app both suggest that today will actually be ovulation for me (day after static). I haven't temped before so will be interesting to see xx

@HappyVibes If you dtd day of static and a couple of days after maybe to keep covered I think that's what most ladies do xx

@HE88 that's brilliant news and you're right, if you know that something is in the pipeline then it takes the pressure off a bit! Xx

@HappyVibes I know yeah, so some people do ovulate same day as the static, but most apparently will ovulate the day after but some even the day after that. The standard answer you'll see is 12-36hrs after your static. So DTD the day of the static, day after and possibly the day after that. Just to really be covered, but if you just do day of and day after should be fine xx

@Northernsoul90 thank you lovely! Just out of curiosity - when do most people ovulate? In terms of cycle days. Or differently put what’s the longest it has taken to get your static smiley/ovulate?! Xxx

@Firevie I think it mainly depends on cycle length and what is average for you - before mc and after my hormones had settled once coming off the pill my cycles would be 31/32 days long and I would get static on cd19/20. As this is my first cycle post mc I started doing opks earlier in case anything had changed but have ended up ovulating the same time as usual - cd19 so I got 8 flashies this time as I started them earlier than I usually would xx

@Northernsoul90 thank you that is insightful. My cycles have been longer which is why I think premom has put my FW starting cd33 let’s see I guess...will keep testing every day anyway to get a clearer picture. I don’t think it will be all that long xxx

Ladies can anyone help I’ve just been out and bought some pom juice (can’t believe the price for the size, but anyway). When do I take it and how much do you take. Thought I would give it ago as I know a few people on here drink it x

@Firevie Yes hopefully not 🤞🏼 is this your first cycle post mc? If you do have an average cycle length then roughly 2 weeks before start of af is ovulation time but it is harder to track if cycles are irregular. Keep going with the opks and you should see peak over the next few days! ✨ xx

@Runnergirl1 I tried it last cycle and just drank on glass per day on the advice of the other ladies 😊. A glass being about 200ml, a bottle lasted me 3 days I think. I know it's so expensive 😱 I said I wasn't going to get it this time because of that but then ended up buying 3 bottles with my shopping 🤣 xx

@Northernsoul90 it is my second cycle I suppose after I’ve had the ERPC. I had my first af post ERPC on 13th August. And now on cd13. So just trying to identify a pattern now. Can’t believe actually that it’s cd13 already / guess being away with family and friends helped keep me distracted from counting towards the next day xxx

@Lollol86 yay for your symptoms. I was quite bad yesterday, felt sick before every main meal and had terrible wind all day. Better today but I was up early for work so ate earlier and being conscious to eat little and often to not let myself get too hungry.

@Northernsoul90 I'm not sure about the cover line either. My chart is a bit all over the place because beginning of the cycle we had that heatwave so temps are really high, and the last few days after static smiley I've been really crap with taking my temp properly. Like fallen back asleep with my thermometer in my mouth and mouth breathing and getting really funny numbers 🤣 Redid them when I woke up again but I think I've messed it up. I seem to be getting a real slow rise as well, hope it shoots up tonight.

I've just had my cousins OH call me up for a surprise baby shower they're organising for my cousin, I just don't think I can handle going! It's not till second week of Sept but god I feel like I got slapped in the face! And I know there will be loads of people asking me about my TTC situation.
I've not given them a response yet but tempted to say I've already got plans that day and give it a miss. Just feel overwhelming sadness and thinking that should've been me in a few more weeks time 😞
