@Acaciabluebell The thing with pre seed is that it's not some miracle pregnancy product. Sperm like to swim through EWCM, sperm also like to swim through pre seed. It's handy if you feel you don't produce enough or just need to feel like you're doing everything you can. I personally don't bother with it outside of my fertile window. Equally if I go up to bed first and use it, but don't get lucky there's no harm done. Yes there's the cost implication, but I've made sacrifices elsewhere to pay for my CB OPK/ Pre seed/ Pregnacare addiction!

I retested today girls. The frer on its own was last Sunday, and the two together are this morning. AF was due on Thursday so last Sunday was very early.

Still not quite believing it after my chemical last month, but hopefully this one has a higher chance of sticking now! Due date would be 29 April according to an online calculator

Happy Sunday everyone, how are we all doing today?

@Welliedays it's great to see those lines getting darker, great news :)

Aokbaby · 23/08/2020 11:33

@Welliedays brilliant, delighted for you 💕

Aokbaby · 23/08/2020 13:38

@Welliedays when did you get your implantation bleed? Was there much? My af is 2/3 days late and had one small bit of pinky discharge when wiping this morning, had cramps all week and bad back pain so expecting af, no pain or cramps today so far. I've taken b6 this cycle and it can lengthen leutal phase so haven't ruled out at showing up but fingers crossed x

Welliedays · 23/08/2020 13:48

@aokbaby thank you! It was exactly before AF was due, but not sure what dpo as I don't track (somewhere around 8/9dpo),bur I think it can be common around the time AF is due too. Mine was one time I wiped a tiny bit of pink and then I had a light browny coloured spot later that day.. And that was it. It sounds promising. If it is implantation give it probably 3 days and try a frer test with FMU... Fingers crossed for you

Aokbaby · 23/08/2020 13:57

@Welliedays thankyou, I tested yday using an IC but negative. I think I'll wait it out and text at end of week🤞🤞

Welliedays · 23/08/2020 14:33

@aokbaby, yes definitely wait, if that's you just implanting it takes a couple of days for hormones to build up

StephiW · 23/08/2020 16:06

@Welliedays whoop whoop on those lines! Grin

Currently on CD 44 and still no sign of AF. Another BFN too... So frustrating when I just want to either have a BFP or have AF so can start TTC... It's like my body is playing games with my mind

Bam27 · 23/08/2020 20:16

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a good weekend 😊
I'm 12 dpo today and literally dreading AF arriving! I'm sure she will arrive tho as I'm not having any symptoms, I have sore boobs but I have that every month. Haven't tested and won't unless AF is late.
Anyone else due AF this week?
@WellieDays congratulations! So happy for you x

Tofu35 · 23/08/2020 22:23

I think I ovulated on Thurs/Friday this week, although today I've been in a PMS style rage. I looked it up and seems it's common after ovulation. First time I've noticed this- anyone else experience this early PMS? Hmm

Daffodil21 · 23/08/2020 22:31

@Bam27 due in a week so not quite as soon as you. Probably going to test on Thursday though (in-laws here until Wednesday) to put myself out of my misery. In-laws are being a welcome distraction atm, but as soon as they leave and I'm back working I'll be symptom spotting like crazy. I don't have any sensitive tests left so will have to get one ordered.

Been a year to the day since my first positive pregnancy test. Can't believe it's a year already.

@Welliedays will you let us congratulate you yet? 😀😀

OP posts:
Bramleyapples13 · 23/08/2020 22:54

@Bam27 I'm this week too. Due Thursday but I won't test unless I'm late.

@Daffodil21 a year already? Are you doing okay? I hope you've had fun having guests 😊

@Tofu35 I was angry at everything last week but aren't due AF until this Thursday. Everything just got my goat and for some reason, 3am became a wonderful time to wake up for no reason! 😭

I think @Welliedays it's definitely congratulations time! Surely!

Welliedays · 23/08/2020 23:02

@bramleyapples13 @daffodil21 I'm just not sure yet, nearly. Maybe 😂

@daffodil21 sometimes a distraction from symptom spotting is just what you need

Daffodil21 · 23/08/2020 23:12

@Bramleyapples13 I'm ok, no point dwelling I suppose. This is the first of several difficult 'anniversaries' so I need to learn to how to deal with them. I got pregnant twice very quickly so the losses were law together too.

It's nice to spend some time with them. Unfortunately they won't be here in the last 5 days or so which is when I particularly lose my mind! Which is why I'm going to test early to put myself out of my misery.

@Tofu35 I've definitely said to Sam before that PMS is in full swing, only for AF to show a couple of weeks later.

@Welliedays I am absolutely thrilled for you!!!!!

Tofu35 · 23/08/2020 23:20

Thanks @bramleyapples13 @daffodil21, another hilarious joke our bodies play on us! We were joking that it's like my body saying "right enough sex, leave me alone now or I'll likely murder you".

Glad you have some visitors to distract you @daffodil21, although those last 5 days are a real horror. Steal their keys so they can't leave?

CEW19 · 24/08/2020 08:53

I'm in week 2 of TWW now, so obviously overthinking every twinge and tickle! AF usually comes between fri-sun and my parents coming to stay on Friday, so may test Friday morning. Would prefer to hold out until Monday, but would want to know before they come so I'm put out of my misery before they get here. Hope everyone else is holding up ok!

Crayon7 · 24/08/2020 10:12

I missed new thread somehow. I am here in tww again. May read a book to distract myself

Bam27 · 24/08/2020 13:21

Think I'm out this month arggg... Said I wouldn't test but I did this morning and was negative, then had some spotting today AF due tomorrow. 2 more cycles and it will be a year since we stopped using protection. Think I'm gonna take a break from mn and OPKs, all this obsessing and disappointment each month is making me crazy. Hope you all get you BFP soon ❤️

CEW19 · 24/08/2020 13:59

Hope you're doing ok @Bam27, such a horrible feeling. AF due with me end of the week, but have a consultation with a fertility clinic tomorrow so think that's making me slightly less insane than usual

Daffodil21 · 24/08/2020 15:07

@Bam27 I going the same as you - no more tracking and OPKs. My hypnotherapist/reflexologist advised me to focus my energy on other things. Take up new hobbies together etc. I've taken her advice and I'm about to apply to the next part of my course which will bring me closer to qualifying in my profession. It's a 3 year course but I can't keep putting life on hold forever. If something happens in the mean time then great, but if not at least I've got something else to my life. She has also advised me to come off MN and anytime I start thinking about TTC to think 'I'm not thinking about that now' and try not to. So far that has been working. I'm going to hang around here until the end of this cycle, but after this month I'm probably going to delete the app. This group has been so supportive and amazing, but I need to switch off as much as possible.

@Bam27 if you change your mind I'm sure this group will be around to support you. Have you had hormone checks etc?

Sorry for all the bold text!

OP posts:
Tofu35 · 24/08/2020 15:26

That sounds like a good idea @daffodil21, it's very tempting to come on here and bring all your energy and thoughts onto TTC. It's draining! That said, we'll miss your wisdom and level-headed advice! Good luck with your course and next steps :)

@bam27 oh that's so disappointing, sorry to hear that. A break from obsessing sounds like a healthy plan. I'm coming up for a year myself (although the first few months weren't as 'serious' as we are now), it definitely feels like a shite milestone!

Daffodil21 · 24/08/2020 15:29

@Tofu35 I'll still be hanging around until AF arrives by next Sunday/Monday. I'll definitely need this group in the last week!!

OP posts:
Tofu35 · 24/08/2020 15:37

AF due for me next Friday- we can be in that last week together @daffodil21 😂
