TTC coming off the pill?

Can I start ttc straight after coming off the pill or do I have to wait until I get my period? I've seen mixed info online saying you do or you don't. And we're going to start ttc very soon since the current situation has delayed everything already.

Hi, I TTC straight after stopping the mini pill, they tell you to wait a cycle to you know when to date the pregnancy . It took 6 weeks to get pregnant and I didn't have any withdrawal bleed or period so was sent for a dating scan to work out when I conceived xx
