Hey
I love junk food, I eat a lot of it. I love my crisps and chocolate, sugar makes me happy. Also love fried food and takeaway.
However, is it harmful when ttc? I hear so many stories about people who were drinking alcohol during their two week wait or early pregnancy and managed to conceive so why does junk food have to be stopped?
Anybody continue with their eating habits and conceive?

Anybody kick the junk food and takeaways and notice a difference?
