Update on me - there is no update 😂 CD20, not even a sniff of a positive OPK and no temp rise. Will have bloods done in the next couple of days. Gynae appt on 16th Sept is the plan xx

Ladies I am out - just got my period boo
Sad because I thought I would be super lucky and fall first time especially since we got ovulation and BBT right etc but I guess I should be grateful for my body getting back on track so quickly post ERPC. My doc said I would get the period in 4-6 weeks after ERPC and it’s exactly four weeks post ERPC though I used to have longer cycles so I guess it’s a good sign also that my hormones are all balancing out. Guess I’ll be drinking at the wedding then lol xxx

@Firevie oh no sorry af has shown but like you said at least you know your hormones are getting back to normal. I have 1 period too so here's hoping for next month for you. Definitely enjoy the wedding and drink away xx

@Lollol86 thank you! Yes I think I will feel a bit down today but I have to be thankful for my hormones getting back to normal so I guess that’s good. Remind me I forgot / is this your second cycle post mc? Xx

@Firevie yes my 2nd cycle, I think with my last mc it took me 3 cycles. Just need to try and relax and trust my body now xx

@Lollol86 thank you! I don’t know why I’m so upset about it. It’s a good sign that my body has recovered so quickly and we always said we would wait one cycle before actively trying. Guess I just got carried away getting a peak on my OPKS and wanted it all straight away. Have just told DH - he’s lovely and saying he’s happy I got my af because it means my body has recovered and is back on track and he says I can drink with him at the wedding lol xxx

@Firevie it's totally normal to feel the way you do, so today feel sad but tomorrow you carry on and get ready to start this next cycle/ have lots of fun and drink what you want at the wedding as this will hopefully be your last time until your baby is here 😘 xx

@Firevie so sorry to hear af got you but like you say at least your body has reset itself quite quickly and 🤞🏻 For your next cycle. Hope your having a lovely time at home the pics where fab and you sound very Positive and happy x

@Lollol86 I love your thinking - that’s exactly what we thought when my AF came; a sign of the body fully flushing everything out from the cervix and clearing the womb - ready for a nice, clean, strong & welcoming space for super strong & healthy eggs next time 😊

Still waiting for my OPKs to give us the go ahead eek. I’m using the cheapies, waiting for a darker line & then when that comes (which I am guessing will be tomorrow as the line is there but still faint, although getting darker by the days) I will then start the CB advanced too.

I guess I was being over eager! And you’re all right I should be grateful for my strong body having re set itself so quickly after something so traumatic. Guess next couple of weeks it’s all about having fun, relaxing and then my FW will be around the corner in no time! September is a great month for conceiving right?! Xxx

@Firevie sorry AF arrived lovely, nice of her to give you some warning 🙄. I think you are absolutely right to feel positive, your hormones are regulating nicely, you've had a nice clear out and ready to go again.
And I know we would all prefer a BFP, but life happens also and being able to drink at the wedding is a lovely treat. I'm ready to dress up a possible BFN in the same way - I'm off on holiday so it'll mean I can have a few drinks if it's not to be this month. I know it's a slight silver lining on a stupid dark cloud but it's better to try and see the positive spin ☺️. And I'm super hopeful for you for next cycle.

Today has been hellish. I'm just back from a morning in the office, trying to get everything done before I go, and it was the quickest few hours with way too many interruptions. My head is thumping, despite gallons of fluids and I'm blinkin hot!!
And I just realised I do not have a CB early detection so I am now having to go and get one at some point, but can't go anywhere until some man comes to quote for a lock 😭😭
My emotions cant handle the heat xx

@Firevie aw crap, thank goodness you got AF at least! I'm worried I'm going to end up in no BFP/no AF purgatory for the next month, knowing my luck.

@MichT4 Sorry to hear you've had a bit of a nightmare day. I hope the locksmith turns up soon so you can treat yourself to a CB early detection. I had loads of stuff to get done today, but somehow I've ended up really dehydrated and it's put me way back. Back and forth to the loo, could only stomach banana and one slice of toast...plus lack of appetite us usually a sign of a heavy AF for me, so not feeling great. Feeling a bit sorry for myself tbh siiiiiiigh

@scrambledeggy I have a weird feeling I'll be in the no BFP/no AF camp too. Bloody annoying.

Sorry to hear you're feeling like that, can't beat a good pity party sometimes though.
The heat is really causing some issues! I've never felt so unable to concentrate (apart from when consumed with TTC maybe). Think it should be like school days when work would close down when it was too hot or cold.

@MichT4 it is unbearable, I had 2 cold showers during the night as I couldn't sleep. I'm going round to sister in laws soon for my twin nieces 5th birthday, they have a bouncy castle 🥵🥵 it's far too hot xx

@MichT4 Thank you for validating my pity party ❤️ I am 1000000% more an Autumn/Winter person, can't wait until I can get my jumper collection out again.

@Lollol86 At least you can hopefully sit in the shade, no-one's going to make you go on a bouncy castle...right? btw, are you thinking of telling anyone?

@Lollol86 watch that bouncy castle surface - I imagine that'll surprise a few bums/feet!

I know it doesn't mean anything necessarily, and perhaps I want the next time to feel different, just sometimes want those signs! I'm preempting disappointment, but I know there's also a chance.

I’ve got my mum here until tomorrow do just got back from a sweaty garden centre visit. Found this little item to put on my babies garden-had a cry in the middle of the garden centre. I still get sad about it and emotional. Il always care even if I have other children. Had a bit of a worry this morn as has the tiniest specks of light brown when I wiped. Happened on two toilet visits but no more since, hoping it’s just clearing out from implantation or something. Getting mild cramps here and there but I’m told that’s normal. It’s so hard to get excited or not worry at this stage. Think I’m going to be this way until I at least pass the 8 week mc milestone or then the 12 weeks. Taking it easy the rest of today xx

@scrambledeggy no not going to tell anyone apart from a lady that does my massages as she can only use a certain oil. We have always told family straight away but not this time.

@MichT4 the bouncy castle does have a cover over the top but I will definitely test it, hopefully the kids won't want to go on there too much.
I'm exactly the same with symptoms so for both healthy pregnancies I've had sickness and both mc I've had no sickness not even feeling it so I'm praying the sickness hits me soon xx

@Pugprincess they say brown blood is old blood and they wouldn't worry about that. Honestly you will worry the whole way though but getting to the 12 weeks is the worse. Bless you for having a little cry beat to let it out when you need too xx

Seriously. I couldn't find anything plus too hot for the shops and all he really wants is stuff for the dog so I'll let him choose some bits. I go a cake too because he loves cake.

The thunder seems to be starting here so.. I'm hoping it starts to rain so it cools down! I'm melting too.
